Operations Manager, Personal Injury, Liverpool, Salary to £45K
Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an Operations Manager for an In-House organisation immersed within the personal injury industry. Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to £45K+ an excellent benefits package.
Operating out of modern, well equipped and centrally located offices, the role will involve leading, motivating and managing Team Leaders withing the Department to provide first class service to all customers. The real focus of this role is people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and will be able to motivate and influence effectively. The successful candidate will be results driven and will have the ability to drive performance forward. This is a purely management role but due to the nature of the work the team is handling, a working knowledge of personal injury claims would be very useful, particularly RTA or EL/PL claims.
Applications are invited from candidates who have a minimum of 2 years team leading experience. Ideally you will also have some personal injury experience gained as either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal Fee Earner.
