This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join a Chambers recommended, National firm at their Central London office.  The salary and benefits package on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

My client has offices across the UK and are Legal 500 and Chambers recommended across many practice areas.  They have recently appointed a new National Head of Conveyancing and since this appointment the department has gone from strength to strength.  They want to continue their success with the appointment of a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in London. 

Supported by the wider national team you will manage a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy, re-mortgage and transfer of equity. 

Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent).   You must be technically strong, organised and have experience of using a case management system.  A network of contacts and/or referral sources would be beneficial as you will be required to participate in Business development to further extend my client’s reach in London.
