Part Time Credit Controller. 3 days a week 32.5k pro rata

Working for a medium sized law firm close to Chancery Lane, this role is a brand new appointment working with the revenue controller and is a post which is free immediately.

The role will work 3 days a week (specific days to be discussed) and the hours are 9 to 5.30pm

As a part time CREDIT CONTROLLER the role will be to improve the firm's cash flow ensuring bills are paid promptly and assist the revenue controller with all aspects of this function.

Duties will include

monitoring debtor accounts

working in the case management system ensuring accurate paper trails of processes

regular liaison with fee earners

sending out monthly statements

attending meetings to discuss WIP and billing requirements

client liaison where appropriate

preparation of regular reports

The ideal candidate will be methodical, responsible with an ability to complete objectives within agreed time frames.

Previous credit control experience is essential and previous experience in a law firm is highly desirable.
