New role for a Plot Sales Manager / residential property lawyer / legal executive to work for a commercial legal law firm in Leeds
Client Details
The client is a commercial law firm based in Leeds city centre with a small residential property team advising house-builder clients.
Description
You will work as the Plot Sales Manager and be part of the general real estate team working in a small residential team that undertakes the plot sales for house-building clients. The roles will involve speaking to these clients and dealing with the sales. You will also be expected to support the team on general high value residential transactions
Profile
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive or current Plot Sales Manager who has a background in residential property transactions including plot sales.
