Our client is a market leading fund focused on sourcing, structuring and handling European private debt investments. They have an extraordinary talent pool and are now looking for an additional lawyer, likely a law firm associate from a top tier firm with between 3 and 5 years’ experience within a banking / leveraged finance practice to join their first-rate team. This is an amazing opportunity to move in house from private practice. Those candidates with lender side or relevant secondment experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
