Our client is a stellar international law firm, with a leading reputation in the Funds sector. The firm's highly successful investment management group advises in relation to all types of asset classes including closed ended private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds.
The team also actively represents a select group of institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, funds-of-funds and many sovereign wealth and other supranational institutions.
As a member of this team, you will work alongside some of the leading partners in the field, and with some of the most sought after international and UK based investor clients.
You will be a common law qualified lawyer, with at least three years of relevant experience from a premier UK, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm with a recognised funds practice. You will also have an excellent academic and training background.
