This leading pan-offshore law firm advises the world's most prominent financial institutions and corporations on all aspects of offshore corporate finance law. Work includes M&A, equity capital markets, private equity, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and disposals, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, admission of companies to AIM, listing offshore companies on the Hong Kong, United States (Nasdaq and New York), London, Singapore and other internationally recognised stock exchanges, Fundraisings, MBOs and MBIs.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer and strong progression prospects are available through the firm's international network of offices.

You will have a strong academic background, and have gained at least two years' experience at a top-tier UK, Irish, Australian, New Zealand or other international law firm known for its corporate practice.
