Personal Injury Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor/ Fee Earner to join an established Legal firm in Manchester on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. The client is looking for a candidate with a high degree of technical skills and a proven track record of handling Claimant Multi-Track Personal Injury files including overseas accidents.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a full caseload of Claimant Multi-Track Personal Injury files, having to deal with all aspects of the role including:

• Managing a full caseload of overseas accidents claims
• Dealing with package travel claims
• Handling a caseload of work related accidents and RTA claims overseas
• The candidate must be self-sufficient and handled foreign jurisdiction cases previously

Applications will be considered from Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or candidate Qualified by Experience. It is essential that the candidate has had experience handling a claimant personal injury caseload including overseas RTA claims
