Commercial Contracts Manager

A growing marketing services company based in Berkshire are seeking a commercial contracts manager to join their small and friendly team for a period of 6 months with a view to remain on a permanent position.

This is a new position within the team that will offer an exciting variety of work.

My client is seeking a commercially minded candidate with a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the business. You will be confident in working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Negotiate and draft various commercial contracts including technology, software and license agreements
*Advise the business on legal, compliance, regulatory and litigation matters
*Assist the commercial director
*Resolving contractual and commercial problems
*Seeking areas that are not in keeping with regulation practices
*Working with senior stakeholders

The company is located less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and also offers parking.

The successful candidate will have a law degree as a minimum and legal experience within an in-house environment. You will have experience with commercial contracts preferably with a technology, software or retail focus.
