Property Solicitor - Commercial and Residential Property - Oxford

A traditional central Oxford practice which is one of the longest established and most respected firms in Oxfordshire is seeking a property specialist to join their property team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor ideally with between 5-10 years PQE in dealing with both commercial and residential property matters including sales and purchases of both residential and commercial properties as well as matters such as commercial leases, development and landlord and tenant matters.

You will become an integral part of the team right from day 1 and will be working alongside a partner in the team who enjoys an excellent reputation in this area of law. Due to the size of the team it is essential that you are confident, outgoing and personable as you will have lots of direct face to contact with key clients of the firm and play an important role in the further development of this department which will ensure great progression prospects for the successful candidate.

This role would suit a lawyer looking for a more traditional high street type of solicitors setting with an emphasis on client care and personal service rather than high volumes and high targets often found at many firms nowadays. The firm enjoys an excellent reputation in this area and is able to attract a steady stream of good quality instructions, often high value, on both the residential and the commercial side of things.
