Commercial Property Solicitor - 3 years + PQE

My client is a leading regional law firm that is top 100 ranked. The highly respected Commercial Property team are currently looking to recruit an Associate to join the team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate is likely to have around 3 years PQE gained with a leading property practice.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. The firm is known for providing practical holistic commercial solutions. The candidate will ideally have sound experience of working across all areas of property law, including landlord and tenant, portfolio management and some knowledge of development work. They will be a team player with a client focussed approach and able to demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development activities. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
