LAW Absolute is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Paralegal to join a well-established London local authority for an initial three month locum assignment.
It is essential you are familiar with bundling, tenancy signing, filing applications, drafting and dealing with routine correspondence, liaising with courts and attending court, filing and serving documents and identifying and liaising with experts. You will be working with limited supervision so it is essential that you can perform these duties independently.
The successful candidate is not expected to have previous adult social care experience but, you will be expected to have worked as a paralegal previously and, ideally within social care whether that be childcare or adult social care. It is essential due to the nature of the role that you can work well under pressure whilst delivering a high-standard service.
Due to the urgency of the role, the ideal candidate must be available on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained.
