Commercial Property Paralegal

We have noticed an increase in demand for Commercial Property Paralegals. Reputable regional, national and international law firms are seeking experienced Commercial Property Paralegals to join them on a permanent basis.

Firms are keen to speak with Paralegals who have experience in Commercial Property or Real Estate, as you will be required to assist with landlord and tenant work, negotiating/drafting transactional documents for acquisitions and disposals, licences, leases and contracts would be ideal.

Commercial Property or Real Estate Paralegals with experience in handling their own caseloads are highly sought after. Our clients are often extremely busy and require an experienced Paralegal to assist senior fee-earners.

A minimum of an LLB is generally requested and an LPC is desirable. Part CILEx qualified candidates are also encouraged to apply.
