Commercial Property Locum
Warwick – £500-£600 per day DOE
3 days per week
Venn Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well known in-house organisation for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team based in Warwickshire. This contract is offered on a part time basis requiring 3 days per week in the office.
The ideal candidate for the role will have 4 years or more PQE within the field of Commercial Property. You will be required to handle a caseload of complex matters relating to Re-Developments and Joint Ventures. Part of the role will be to provide support to their already established property strategy and governance. You will be responsible for reducing the legal constraints on redevelopment work by providing sound legal advice relating to commercial property and working in partnership with senior stakeholders.
You should be confident in your ability to solve problems and work autonomously.
Our client is looking for someone to begin as soon as possible for a minimum term of 6 months with the scope for extension beyond this period. In return for this, £500-£600 per day can be expected for this role.
