L&T / Property Litigation Solicitor (Sussex/Kent) £70,000

Exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to join a growing litigation practice on the Sussex/Kent border, taking over a caseload of Landlord & Tenant litigation work. You will be handling a range of residential L&T matters including tenancy disputes, rent/service charge recovery, possession cases and property management issues. The successful individual will also supervise a team of paralegals/support staff and be expected to play a key role in maintaining/building new business relationships.
