Property Paralegal - Colchester

A great opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal to join a well-regarded London law firm’s Colchester office.

The successful Residential Property Paralegal can look forward to managing their own caseload property finance matters, which entails transferring direct property ownership into indirect ownership through investment in securities.

Day-to-day your work will entail analysing titles, obtaining documents from the Land Registry, carrying out searches, liaising with clients and dealing with post-completion matters.

This ideal Residential Property Paralegal will be a law graduate with some Property experience, prior Property Paralegal experience would be extremely beneficial!

Whilst training will be provided, this role would really suit a law graduate with a bit of property experience under their belt, who lives in or near Colchester and is looking for their first role at a well-regarded law firm.

This is a great opportunity to join the firm’s Colchester office and work closely with fee earners who are top ranked in the legal directories.
