The role is with a company that provides both legal and consultative advice on a very wide variety of issues including Bribery and Corruption, White Collar Crime, Cyber Security, Data Protection, Employment, Corporate Law with a focus on Company Structures, Maritime and Admiralty, and general Litigation.

Clients are from all over the globe and range from a high profile individual to corporate conglomerates. Due to this international nature of the role it would be a real benefit for the successful Solicitor to have worked in an international law firm.

The Head of Legal isn’t expecting a solicitor to have experience in all of the above areas, but more a talented and ambitious solicitor who has a flair for providing commercial legal advice and sees the bigger picture of how a company functions, rather than focusing on the legal detail.
