Our client is one of the largest law firms in the world, now seeking to recruit a solicitor of at least 2 years post qualification experience to join their highly ranked corporate team.
Headed by two partners, two directors and a senior associate, you will be working between the corporate and financial services departments and advising on a wide mix of general corporate advice, venture capital, private and public M&A and capital markets across a variety of sectors. These include financial services, leisure and hospitality, and real estate.
