Conveyancing – Head of Department

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential property Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer to join this well regarded, multi site full service law firm in the heart of Lake District and oversee a small team of Fee Earners.

You will need to have gained at least 6 years' experience of managing your own conveyancing caseload as well as having management experience. This role will see you dealing with tasks such as business development, team management, increasing profitability, ensuring CLC accreditation status and working closely with partners on new projects.

There will also be the chance to manage your own caseload and deal with a wide range of matters from high value & complex leasehold transactions to standard sale & purchase matters. There is paralegal support and case management systems in place to help you deal with any transactions as swiftly as possible.

You will oversee a small but efficient team and we working with non-qualified & qualified fee earners. There is a fantastic team (& firm) ethos which encourages a great working atmosphere and culture.
