Real Estate Associate
A Real Estate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with an international law firm. The role will be based in Manchester and offers an excellent basic salary.
You can rest easy in the knowledge that you are joining perhaps one of the country's finest Real Estate teams. You will be acting for the vast majority of the heavy weight Real Estate players. Your clients, in the main, will be retail occupiers, investors and developers - many matters complex in nature and high quality too. It should be noted that in this role business development will not be expected from you - it is purely transactional in nature. My client, I am also proud to say, can offer (for the right candidate) a flexible working arrangement if you so desire - a traditional legal environment this is not.
We are anticipating seeing on your CV that you have experience of Landlord and Tenant, and/or Development work.
This is a fantastic Manchester based Real Estate role offering an excellent basic salary and a superb benefits package.
This role sits within one the UKs best Real Estate teams. All your work will be high quality with your focus on day to day client management opposed to development. Send me your CV today.
Please contact Jon-Paul Hanrahan, Managing Consultant, to discuss this role in more detail or apply through the vacancy for immediate consideration.
