Corporate and Commercial Locum Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a very well-established Central London firm in their Corporate and Commercial team.

They are looking for a locum solicitor to assist with their corporate work for two months, with the possibility of the contract role being extended.

With lots of large deals currently being worked on, the successful candidate can expect a varied and interesting workload, which will often involve advising HNW individuals and entrepreneurs on their business interests. The team advise in relation to corporate transactions, banking, financing, commercial contracts and on all aspects of running and growing a business in the UK.

The client base is diverse and can include start-ups in technology, media, real estate, sport and engineering, amongst other areas.

The firm genuinely provides a very positive and friendly working environment and receives plaudits for doing so.

The successful candidate needs to have at least 7 years’ PQE, and be available to start as soon as possible.
