Our client is a dynamic law firm in the Hampshire area, they are looking to expand their Pensions team with a senior solicitor.
The ideal candidate will have around 6+ years' experience in pension's law but also experience of supervising junior members of staff. A passion for business development is essential along with a dedication to building expertise and knowledge within the team through coaching and mentoring.
As an experience pensions solicitor you will be have experience of but limited to;
- Pension Scheme documentation
- Pension Scheme restructuring
- Pension Scheme investments and funding
- Pensions flexibility changes
