IT/Outsourcing 4+

This international firm continues to go from strength to strength and the next 12 months promise to be a very exciting period for them. They have a growing technology team with in-depth experience in the industry. As part of this growth they are keen to add a Senior Associate at around 4+ pqe.

The technology team has a deep knowledge and experience in the full range of outsourcing transactions, including IT outsourcing (such as applications development and maintenance, infrastructure, networks, IT service integration and cloud computing solutions); and business process outsourcing. The telecoms element of the practice advises on major telecoms network roll outs, communications services agreements and telecoms system procurements. They boast an excellent list of clients and are heavily involved in work with a major international element across other parts of the firm.
Suitable candidates will ideally have experience of advising on the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts and have a keen interest in technology. Those with experience of advising clients in the financial services sector are of particular interest. There are good prospects for the right candidate.
