Corporate (Tech clients) 4pqe+

Our client is a leading US firm seeking two corporate lawyers 4pqe+ and 6pqe+ to join its well-regarded team, with a focus on technology clients.

You will work closely with name partners and be supported by a number of associates at varying levels. The practice is well integrated with the firm's US offices and is one of the leading cross-border practices in Europe.

Ideally you will have worked in a top Corporate practice, in a UK or US firm in the City, and will have assisted in advising emerging companies and investors in venture capital transactions, venture debt transactions, and cross-border M&A. The group's client base has a technology sector focus and, therefore, experience within this sector would be useful. Exposure across the broader corporate practice such as M&A (private company work), private equity and equity capital markets would also be beneficial. Candidates will also be expected to have previously supervised trainees and junior associates and be used to delegating work. At the more senior level, you will need to be able to demonstrate hands on experience in managing transactions and client relationships to a high level as well as being involved in business development initiatives.
