They have just announced they are now looking to appoint another person to the team to help the team cope with ever-increasing levels of work, and this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop their specialist career in these areas of work. The ideal candidate will have specialised solely in contentious wills, trusts and estates work or certainly will have had considerable experience in these areas although our client has indicated they will also accept and will consider applications from candidates who also have non-contentious private client experience or more general commercial/civil litigation experience. Accordingly, ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications are desirablebut are not necessarily essential.
