Corporate Solicitor

A fantastic opening for a bright and dynamic Corporate Solicitor now looking to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm with a strong presence in the South West region.

My client is a heavyweight commercial law firm with a dynamic culture that really sets it apart from many firms in Bristol and the wider South West market. With a corporate department that is going from strength to strength and increasingly winning new instructions, many of which are national, the team has a real need for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to come on board.

You'll join a modern office in Bristol undertaking a real variety of transactional work including M&As both public and private, private equity, JVs, floats, restructuring and other more generalist corporate finance matters. You'll act for a range of clients but predominantly PLCs and you'll find yourself working closely with other teams such as commercial property to provide a professional and joined up service to discerning clients.

The firm has strength in a number of sectors such as retail and leisure and technology and any exposure to sectors like this would be an advantage but not key to the role.

The firm will consider corporate lawyers from around 3 PQE.
