Corporate Associate

My client is a full service top 100 UK law firm with a regional, national and international client base.

The corporate department is going from strength to strength and now seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with experience gained from working for a good regional, national or city firm.

My client already boasts a prolific corporate presence in the county, they are now looking to bolster their small team with an experienced lawyer. Ideally you'll have some expertise in acting for private sector clients including private equity, MBOs, MBIs, joint ventures and the like and you'll increasingly work across a variety of interesting and busy sectors. You should enjoy working as part of a team, but should be happy to assume responsibility yourself and perhaps even supervise more junior lawyers. The team are not driven by egos and there is no "long hours culture" here, but are driven by finding commercial solutions for their clients so they are ideally looking for someone with a similar ethos.
