Corporate Restructuring - Reorganisation - Insolvency - US firm - 2-5 yrs- London

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Business Restructuring & Reorganisation team of our well established US client. Working in a supportive and global team you will gain a high degree of responsibility acting for a range of investment and commercial banks and borrowers/debtors to provide a full range of restructuring-related services in complex restructurings, out-of-court workouts, chapter 11 cases, and other matters involving financially distressed entities worldwide.The team works on a wide variety of debt financings, syndications, workouts, and restructurings.

The firm pays US rates. Of interest will be those working with a Magic/Silver Circle firm or leading restructuring practice and looking for a global platform where there is the opportunity to join a dedicated team. Overseas qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
