2.00pm – 10.00pm Document Production Specialist at International Law Firm To £43,500 & £3,000 travel

Growing US Law firm is looking to recruit a Document Production Specialist to provide complex and technical document support to the fee earners and legal PAs across all practice groups, working the hours 2.00pm – 10.00pm.  Duties will include creating and amending large, complex legal documents, updating pitch materials, handling track changed and multi versioned documents, workflow supervision, covering the secretarial desk when absences occur and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates should have significant document production expertise and be highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Professional and document management systems.  Applicants should also have experience of working autimously and have the ability to assist fee earners they have not been allocated to, previous evening or night DP experience would be beneficial however not essential.  There is a salary of up to £43,500 for this role, plus a fantastic benefits package.  Offices are housed in the City with fantastic travel benefits.
