In-House Corporate Paralegal
Leading international company are looking for a paralegal/legal assistant to join their expanding legal team. They are looking for a candidate with experience of working in a similar role in an in-house environment. The role will be very varied and being the first point of call for senior management in the drafting of general commercial and vendor agreements. Assisting the senior lawyers with acquisition documentation and generally maintaining corporate contract databases and library. Exceptional environment and benefits.
