An award winning regional firm are recruiting for a driven junior Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take on a challenging position in their Legal 500 Tunbridge Wells based Real Estate team. As an important part of this department, you will be assisting on investment work, sales and purchases, leases, lease renewals, landlord and tenant, Property finance.
The ideal candidate will have gained exposure to commercial property matters at a top firm in their training contract and post qualification. For the right candidate there is promising prospects of progression.
