Our client, who is one of the leading regional firms in the country, is looking for an experienced Planning lawyer to join their busy planning and development team in their Tunbridge Wells office. As part of this well respected team you will be handling regional and national matters for landowner, developers, funders or occupiers. This work typically includes planning applications, planning, highways and utility agreements, enforcement appeals, environmental issues and judicial reviews.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with a strong planning department and be fully comfortable handling matters with an environmental dimension.
Business development is also an important aspect for this role, you will be encouraged to contribute to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation and others in the team.
