My client - a City firm is looking for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer to assist their busy team.
The work can often involve advising entrepreneurs and high-net worth individuals on their business interests. The team advise in relation to corporate transactions, banking, financing, commercial contracts and on all aspects of running and growing a business in the UK.
The client base can include start ups in technology, media, real estate, sport, engineering, etc.
This role can be full or part-time, Good day rate/pro rata salary
