They are a leading international law firm with a large presence in the UK, particularly in Bristol and London. They place a great emphasis on recruiting and retaining staff who meet their high standards. They are currently looking for a Capital Markets Paralegals, for a permanent position within the Bristol office.

Your new role

As a Capital Markets Paralegal you will be working closely and reporting to the Counsel and the capital markets fee earners. You will be obtaining approval of prospectuses for offers and listings of securities on stock exchanges across the EU.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong academic background (including the LPC) alongside about one years paralegal experience. You will have experience using legal research databases. You will have a keen eye for attention to detail and be a motivated, hardworking and reliable person. You will also be flexible as there may be the occasional travel to London when required.
