Our client is an expanding Top 50 practice, with a long-standing reputation in Leeds as a leading firm.
They are looking for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join their department in Leeds as part of the wider national team. The ideal candidate will be 3 years + qualified and have worked a large regional or city firm.
The work undertaken in the role will be broad and you will be managing a caseload of landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals and estate management work. The client base is impressive at the firm and you will be advising major retailers, local authorities, leisure operators and regional developers.
There is a genuine opportunity for progression here and you will be able to supervise, and develop more junior members of the team.
