Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A leading UK law firm is looking to expand its Leeds team with the appointment of a new Commercial Litigation Associate or Managing Associate.

Our client has a dedicated team of 200+ disputes resolution lawyers firm wide, giving you access to people with experience in dealing with every aspect of dispute resolution. They are looking to appoint a Commercial Litigator to join their Leeds team with a focus on high value and complex litigation disputes. You will be given exposure to a broad rang or work including:

• Management and resolution of high quality highly complex disputes across a range of sectors
• Dealing with claims be they international arbitration, litigation, adjudication, expert determination or mediation
• Drafting, reviewing and amending a range of dispute related documents ranging from pleadings to pre action letters
• Strategically advising clients and managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately
• Exposure to both local, national and international clients/disputes
• An impressive list of FTSE 250 clients including national names in the transport, financial services, chemicals and manufacturing services

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE with strong Litigation experience gained in a leading regional or City firms. This is the ideal opportunity for a proactive and driven individual who is looking to have a long term career within a high quality, collaborative and collegiate environment.
