The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Associate Solicitor/Partner to join our clients’ well-regarded practice in the Uckfield area. As part of a highly experienced team, the successful Solicitor will enjoy a diverse caseload of Commercial Property work to include: acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises; property finance; development projects including planning and site assembly; investment properties; landlord and tenant work including drafting and renewing leases and; property support for corporate transactional work. The ideal Solicitor will also play an integral role in business development activities to ensure the further growth and success of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of eight years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Commercial Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with broad-ranging expertise encompassing all aspects of Real Estate, with particular knowledge of Landlord and Tenant matters.
You will be a confident networker with a track-record of successful involvement in business development strategies.
Excellent drafting skills are essential for the position.
You will be IT literate, with experience working with case management systems.
You will possess first class interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with clients, colleagues and external professionals at all levels.
