CQS accredited practice seeks a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in the West Midlands.

Regarded for their excellent work in property matters, their team of highly talented lawyers and support staff have been awarded with Lexcel accreditation for the quality of their service. Due to their continued success and expansion, they are now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.
The Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for their Birmingham office. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining an experienced department with extensive experience in all areas of property law. The role will be assisting solicitors in a range of conveyancing disciplines including buying and selling property and re-mortgages. You will be supporting in matters such as investigating titles, property searches and liaising with clients. The Candidate
You will :-
Be a Paralegal with experience in residential conveyancing matters;
Have excellent communication and client care skills;
Be organised and detailed;
Ideally, you will be able to speak an additional language, such as Cantonese or Mandarin.
