Real Estate Solicitor required for a new role with a reputable international law firm, to be based at their Manchester office. Salary upwards of £45k.

Our client are a full service national law firm, who provide legal services to an impressive clientbase spanning Insurance, Financial Services, Public Sector, amongst other sectors.

The Real Estate team covers every aspect of commercial real estate work including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution. Clients include property management and development companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central), owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to the team in Manchester.

They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors between 2-6PQE ideally, and you will have ideally trained and qualified with a reputable national or regional practice. You will have as wide-ranging an experience of Real Estate as possible, with Asset Management a key focus. You will be adept at negotiating leases and agreements for lease for landlords and/or tenants as well as dealing with applications for consent to assign, deeds of variation, lease renewals, surrenders, licences to alter and underleases. You will also have a passion and ability for business development, and look to get involved in the further growth of the team and firm.
