Temporary Fee Earner Opportunity
A large firm based in South Wales is currently recruiting for a qualified Lawyer, or Paralegal, to join their busy Family team for a temporary assignment.
The day to day duties will include:
- Dealing with a full range of Family work to include ancillary relief, financial disputes on relationship breakdown, divorce, civil partnership dissolution, co-habitation disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, domestic violence and children disputes
- Acting on behalf of both publically and privately funded clients
- Preparing court documents
The successful candidate must have fee earning experience, preferably within a Family Department. This position will be ongoing, starting immediately, with competitive rates of pay.
