With a heavy focus on litigation, they have a strong track record in successfully resolving disputes across industry sectors including insurance/reinsurance, healthcare, construction, transport and public sector.

The firm's commercial offering to the health sector advises on matters ranging from transactional advice on outsourcing and managed services contracts through mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures, collaborations and shared services as well as a vast and diverse array of advice on day to day commercial activity of large Hospitals and buyers of health care. The team operates nationally and enjoys a market leading reputation, with both Independent Sector and NHS clients throughout the country and overseas.

Due to expansion they are looking to appoint a Solicitor to the team in Leeds.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive, detailed and solution-focused legal advice to clients and colleagues on matters including: commercial agreements; outsourcing; supply change management; distribution and franchising agreements; joint ventures; partnerships and LLPs; corporate transactional support, working closely with Corporate team clients and colleagues.

You will have trained and gained experience with a city, national or recognised regional law firm, backed up by strong academics. Although the preference is to recruit someone with a minimum of 1PQE, they would also welcome applications from NQ Solicitors who have completed at least one seat in Commercial. It's important that in addition to working well under minimal supervision that you also work effectively in teams. An ability and willingness to get involved in business development is also sought after by the firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm who can offer strong career development opportunities to the successful applicant. Salary upwards of £42k.
