This is an attractive opportunity for a confident and ambitious Employment Solicitor to join the London team of a well-regarded and very likeable US firm.
The firm has been in London for a long time and is well-established. Unusually, the Employment work in London is not drastically focussed on corporate support/TUPE work, there will be a good amount of decent contentious work, both High Court and Tribunal based.
The team is small meaning you will have a good level of responsibility from early on and be the lead associate on most matters. The firm has a small number of trainees, which will provide support at the very junior end.
The successful candidate is likely to have gained well-rounded, quality, employment experience from a recognised firm, maybe City or International or a regional office of a National firm. A strong academic record is required.
