The role allows complete flexibility and autonomy, whilst you benefit from the firm's exceptional support. The team at this law firm will work with you to build your practice - and some lawyers have built their practice base four-fold in the past few years. Later and when appropriate for you, the firm will work with you to sell your asset to the internal market. One such sale has been completed recently.

You will join a team of lawyers who specialise across a broad range of legal sectors. The culture is strongly positive, supportive and collegiate - with regular referrals of work and clients between the lawyers in the firm. There is a demand for licensing work within the firm and as such, you should receive referrals of work regularly.

You will earn more than you would in a traditional law firm structure and you will do this whilst enjoying complete flexibility, autonomy and full support.
