Residential conveyancing role for an experienced residential conveyancer looking to join a friendly and established firm in the centre of Plymouth.

You will be joining a close knit team of 5 fee earners and dealing with your own caseload. Your caseload will include the full range of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and help to buy. The firm have a loyal client base and the team is busy.

Depending on your level and career aspirations there is the opportunity to get involved in management and supervising more junior fee earners, but equally the firm are open to seeing applications from candidates who are simply looking to run their own caseload.
