CORPORATE LAWYER – 3+PQE – BERMUDA – OFFSHORE MAGIC CIRCLE – CAREER PROGRESSION – US$140-170,000 – ONLY 6% TAX

About this opportunity

Hamilton Recruitment has been retained by this leading Offshore Magic Circle law firm to shortlist high-calibre Corporate lawyers with 3+ years' post-call experience for its Bermuda office.

The role entails aspects such as the following:

• Advise corporate clients with respect to all aspects of case management

• Represent the firm in dealings with other law firms, government, and other professionals and third parties involved with the clients’ affairs

• Participate in general corporate and finance responsibilities, which may include such areas as the formation and set-up of Private Equity and Hedge Funds, and cross-border M&A and Joint Venture work on behalf of blue-chip clients

• You will also be actively involved in business development for the practice

Requirements

• To be successful in getting a work permit, you must be admitted to practice in the UK/Commonwealth with a minimum of 3+ years’ PQE, ideally gained from a top law firm in London

• Excellent academics, outstanding technical and interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development are all pre-requisites for success
