This role will be based in a gloriously picturesque location in Hampshire and now is an exciting time to join, on offer are excellent prospects for the right candidate.

This role will involve working with a highly-experienced Company Commercial Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases, investment, Acquisitions, and disposals.

The role would offer the opportunity to deal with a Company Commercial caseload, it would suit someone who is looking to receive training and add another string to their bow. You ill also be able to deal with; Re-structuring, Mergers, Acquisitions and sales of companies and business assets, drafting and advising on all forms of commercial contracts.

The ideal candidate...

* You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE (we urge even the most experienced solicitor to apply as they are making more senior hires).
* You will have experience in Commercial property with ideally some Company Commercial experience, but this is not essential.
* You will deal with quality work, working alongside the Company Commercial Partner.
* You will have the prospect to progress within the firm.
* Have a strong business development track record.
* Based in Hampshire.
* Salary is market rate, so negotiable dependent on your experience/PQE. The role comes with excellent benefits.
