Property Lawyer

Our client is an established law firm offering a full range of services both to corporate, commercial and private clients and is recommended in the "Legal 500".

THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a talented property lawyer to join a highly successful team offering a wide range of expertise in commercial property development for a variety of clients including private companies, banks and development groups.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property, development and planning matters from acquisitions, social housing, planning applications and appeals to project finance, planning agreements and joint ventures and consortium agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a property lawyer at the 2-6PQE level with a proven track record and solid experience gained within real estate development agreements and conditional contracts as well as general commercial property.

You will have strong academics and ideally a 2:1 degree with experience gained at a leading national or regional firm with an established property practice.

With excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail you are likely to be an individual who will be flexible and able to work under pressure.
