Our client, a Solicitors practice in Bournemouth, has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced legal secretary in their Company/Commercial department.  

Please note that this role is from the 1 October 2017

Role 

The department has a wealth of knowledge and experience in handling all types Company and Commercial matters.  

Supporting a Partner and other Fee Earners, the role will include digital audio typing, diary management, setting up meetings, making and taking telephone calls, carrying out ID and money laundering checks, preparation of documents and preparing bundles 

Candidate Profile and experience:

You will have excellent attention to detail, especially with organisational and file management skills, along with good literacy and numeracy.  

You will also be calm under pressure and be able to work in an efficient and accurate manner and, ideally, have experience working in a Company/Commercial department as a Legal Secretary. 

It would also be useful to have some Litigation experience.
