The Role
We are now actively seeking a pro-active and ambitious Solicitor with previous experience and knowledge of commercial and residential property matters. Working closely with fee earners across the practices property teams, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex and challenging caseload to include: development projects; lease negotiations; high value residential sales and purchases; investment portfolio work and; landlord and tenant matters. Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client relationships and promote the practices property services. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor from NQ - 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with experience in both Commercial and Residential Property;
You will have strong academics with a minimum of a 2:1 gained at degree level;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will have an aptitude for business development.
