The successful candidate need not be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, but will have relevant experience in Residential Conveyancing, managing his or her own caseload.
The role will include dealing with a full range of residential property matters such as sale and purchases, remortgage, dealing with both freehold and leasehold and other general property related matters.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
